Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
Vanilla, strawberry, or peach yogurt Banana Grapes Strawberries Apples Honey Sunflower seeds or granola Instructions 1. Chop fruit into small pieces. 2. Fill a bowl with a thin layer of yogurt. 3. Sprinkle fruit on top of yogurt. 4. Sprinkle granola or sunflower seeds over fruit. 5. Drizzle honey on top. |

Yogurt de vainilla, fresa o durazno Plátano Uvas Fresas Manzanas Miel Las semillas de girasol o granola Instrucciones 1. Cortar la fruta en trozos pequeños. 2. Llenar un plato con un poco de yogurt. 3. Hechar la fruta en el yogurt. 4. Hechar semillas de granola o de girasol sobre la fruta. 5. Poner miel por encima. |
